Jody oversees all Development and Alumni Programs activities at the school, including Secure Foote's Future: The Centennial Campaign, The Foote Fund, Grandparents Day and Reunions. Jody was previously part of the Foote family from 2004 to 2008, when her twins Jeremy and Jordana (Class of 2014) attended from Kindergarten through third grade. She brings to the Foote community a genuine love for the school and more than a quarter century of development experience at independent schools including Hamden Hall Country Day School, Riverdale Country School and Choate Rosemary Hall. She has also held leadership positions at Columbia University School of Law, Wesleyan University and Sarah Lawrence College.
A Foote grad and parent of twin sixth graders, Julien and Sophie, Amy joined the Development Office staff in 2006. She coordinates the Foote Fund each year, as well as planning alumni events around the country. Amy is a tutor at New Haven Reads.
Debbie returned to Foote in 2013 and coordinates the gift entry and acknowledgement process, matching gifts, and reporting. She plays a central role in preparing for campus events like Grandparents Day and Graduation. Her son, Nicholas, is an eighth grader.
Amy coordinates Grandparents Day and Reunion Day, oversees the office’s database and supports the Centennial Campaign Steering Committee. Her two children, Charlie and Ellie, are in grade 4 and Kindergarten. Amy has experience at two other independent schools, including Fessenden, where she worked for then-Head of School Frank Perrine.
Fourth graders spend weeks sculpting clay candle houses in art class. For a few glorious moments, their creations light up a darkened Sandine Theater as part of a winter-themed celebration.
