Transportation
30+ towns, one community.
Foote students come from more than 30 towns and travel by car, bike, foot, and bus. The school operates daily bus service to and from area towns along the shoreline and throughout New Haven, Fairfield and Middlesex counties. Fees vary based on location, and currently include stops in Fairfield, Bridgeport, Milford, Wallingford, North Haven, Woodbridge, Branford, Guilford, and Madison. Families must enroll for the full year. Bus transportation for New Haven residents is provided free of charge by the city's Board of Education.
Arrival
Buses arrive at Foote around 7:45 a.m., offering a comfortable window for students to get settled before classes begin at 8:15 a.m.
Regular Dismissal
Buses depart campus after the 3:00 p.m. dismissal.
Late Bus
The Shoreline Bus has a second departure from campus at 5:00 p.m. following after-school sports.
