Steps to applying:
Let us know you're interested!
The first step in the process is to let us know a little bit about you. You can fill out a simple inquiry form, and we'll reach out with more information. Once you submit the basic inquiry form, you will receive emailed instructions about how to set up your official Foote account. Your Admissions Portal account enables you to submit the official application and financial assistance forms, see the status of your application, receive invitations to special events, and register for all admissions events.

Timeline
October–January
- Create your Portal account.
- Register for tours and Open House.
- Fill out the application. (Application forms open September 27, 2025; see instructions under "Admissions Portal" tab)
- Submit all supporting application materials.
- Schedule your appointments in your checklist.
- Feb. 1: Completed applications due (applications received after Feb. 1 reviewed on a rolling basis)
- Feb. 1: Financial Assistance applications due (if applicable).
- Mid-February: Middle School (Grades 6-9) notification (specific date changes slightly each year)
- Early March: Lower School (Grades K-5) notification (specific date changes slightly each year)
- April 10: Enrollment contracts due
