Touchdown in Spain!
After months of preparation — including 9th grade Spanish students teaching their peers some conversational Spanish, research projects and creating docents — the big day finally arrived!
The ninth graders spent time engaging with their kindergarten buddies, creating Picasso-themed penguins, preparing their journals, and talking about what to expect.
With goodbyes to the school, we left for JFK and flew to Malaga and then Granada. We are exhausted and excited to be in Spain!
