Simplicity in Service

Like many great ideas, this one is simple, yet powerful. Students in Ms. De Vries and Mr. Dickson's advisory devised a service project this month that was both incredibly creative, yet easy to facilitate.

1. Step one: Bring in (from home) individually wrapped items — food or general care — like hand-warmers, hats, gloves, snacks, wipes, etc.
2. Step two: Assemble items into individual sandwich bags.
3. Step three: Distribute these sealed sandwich bags to their classmates, who can store them in their car, ready to be donated — in the moment — to someone in need.
