Explorations at Foote School is a discovery-based program for children and their parents/caregivers to explore nature, art, music, movement and stories through sensory activities and play. We’ll gather in a classroom for hands-on activities and head off on adventures to other parts of our 18-acre campus: library, community garden, woods and playground. Classes will be led by experienced educators, including guest teachers from our faculty specializing in music, art, mindfulness and early childhood.
Weekly activities include:
- Music, movement & art
- Cooking with stories
- Garden and mud kitchen play
- Children's yoga and mindfulness
- Connecting with other parents and educators
