Foote Summer Theater Announces: The Addams Family!
Foote Summer Theater

Join us for our 42nd season of high-quality training in the style of a compassionate conservatory at The Foote Summer Theater program. We are delighted to announce this summer’s fully staged production of The Addams Family, a musical based on characters created by cartoonist Charles Addams, with music by Andrew Lippa and book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice.

Foote Summer Theater is for students entering grades 7–12 who have a passion for theater, and want to develop their theatrical skills — on-stage, off-stage, or both — and share them with others. Led by professional teaching artists, performers, and technicians, students will contribute to the production and performance of a major hit musical.

This five-week camp experience celebrates student voices and fosters their creativity through fun and rigorous activities.

Dates: July 1–Aug. 4, 2024

Days/times: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Ages: Incoming 7th–12th graders

Performances: Aug. 2, 7:00 p.m.; Aug. 3, 2:00 and 7:00 p.m., and Aug. 4, 2:00 p.m.

Alumni who are interested in coming back to volunteer or join the production team should email Katie De Vries at kdevries@footeschool.org
