Dr. Chapman is leader in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in independent schools. She previously served as Director of Equity and Community at Little Red School House and Elisabeth Irwin High School, a progressive independent school in Manhattan. She has worked with Foote School teachers on developing curriculum in support of our mission to be an inclusive and equitable school community.

Dr. Chapman will share perspectives on recent events and strategies for having difficult conversations with your children.
