The garden grows

The garden stands

The garden dreams

Of flowers

Petunias, pansies, marigolds

Lilacs, tulips, forget-me-nots

A pair of gloves pulling the weeds

Up from the ground

The garden sings

A quiet song

The garden listens

The garden learns

The garden knows

What Spring looks like
