Welcoming two new employees!
Last week we welcomed two new Foote employees: Michelle Scott and Brittany Puryear.

Michelle joins us as a security guard, bringing with her an impressive array of state and federal law enforcement experience. She recently retired from the FBI, after a 20-year career with the bureau. Her background is extensive with specialty assignments such as forensics, surveillance, and counter intelligence, to just name a few. We’re just as excited to welcome her daughter as a new fifth grader!

Brittany is the new Associate Director of Development. She comes to Foote from Yale Assistant Director Of Alumni Affairs & Development Yale School of Architecture, where she worked on the school’s annual fund programs, worked with volunteers, and coordinated solicitations. At Rhode Island School of Design, she served as the RISD Fund Officer, working with prospective donors and coordinating events. She also has development experience from Savannah School of Art and Design, Vanderbilt University, and the Nashville YWCA, and handled event logistics and marketing for the Black Film Festival.
