Fifth-Grade Podcasts Among Tops

Ms. Guev's annual fifth-grade podcast project got an even bigger boost this year! Last spring, the then-fifth-grade students submitted their podcasts to the NPR Student Podcast Challenge, and the winners were announced this week, including two Foote projects picked as Middle School Honorable Mention:  

• "Ants, Ants, and More Ants," by Sloane Rogers, Meghan Wang, and Nicole Piasecki
• "Autism Explained," by Luke "DQ" DeCew
