Registration

We suggest that you register early to avoid disappointment. You may register by mail or in person. We do need your SIGNED application/permission form and a deposit. We also require camp medical forms, signed by a physician. No student may attend our programs without these documents.
We do NOT accept any credit cards for payment.

Online Registration

You may enroll online as soon as the 2008 informaiton is posted. However, you still must snail mail the SIGNED application/permission form and deposit.

Deposits/Tuition

A week’s tuition serves as your deposit. For multi-week classes, add the total and divide by the number of weeks. Please Note: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Limited Scholarships are available. Please contact the Director for details.

Lunch

Participants should bring healthy bag lunches. Lunches will be kept in coolers.

Behavior policy

We accept children assuming that they are happy to be with us, interested in the activities offered and are capable of conforming to appropriate behavior standards for our programs. The Director reserves the right to remove a child from an activity if, in her opinion, the above conditions are not met.

Medical Information

All chilren must have valid health form signed by a physician. No student will be admitted to the program without these health forms.
Health forms are valid for three years. If you need a new health form, please ask us for one. A registered nurse is on duty during the summer program. Staff members are trained in CPR and first aid.

Clothing

There is no camp uniform. We are pleased to provide a Foote School Summer Program T-shirt to each camper. Campers may wear them as they choose. Supplies are limited and not all sizes are always available.

Cancellations

Foote School reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify its programs or to ask participants to withdraw. In the event of a major summer storm, cancellation of programs will be posted on the homepage of this website and announced over local radio and TV stations. No refunds or adjustments will be made in the event of cancellation or missed days due to natural disasters, bad weather or circumstances beyond our control.
